How do I get a personal answer to my specific question?

As a member you can ask a question via our on-line state forms or contact us and your answer will come by return email, usually the same day, the next day at the latest.

How do I become a member of LandlordSolutions.Org?

LandlordSolutions.Org is a directory of state sites which accept members. To join the state site in which your rental property is located, click the link to go to the applicable state site and click JOIN NOW! You will receive an email confirmation containing your password for member access to your state site. Your user name is your email address.

How long does my membership last? How much does it cost to renew?

Your membership lasts one year from the day you first have access to the state site. So if you register on Sunday, March 9, 2009, and you have access immediately and your membership will be due for renewal on March 10, 2010. If you know other landlords who can benefit from LandlordSolutions.Org, please refer them to us. If they join, we will add one month to your subscription for each member you refer who joins a state site for a year or more.

Because we value our loyal customers, we guarantee that your renewal rate will not be more than 10% higher than the rate you paid the previous year, regardless of the demand for membership or the rate being charged to new members.

What if I need a form that is not available on the web site?

No problem. Members of state sites may contact their state site directly to have the form emailed to you. It will then be posted on the state web site, as we presume that, if you need a particular form, others probably do, too!

In addition to the forms and letters members have asked for, other forms that are commonly used in the business of landlording will be added to the site on a regular basis.
