LandlordSolutions.Org is a consortium of landlord-tenant
experts who have pooled their resources for the benefit of those
who are managing property, either for themselves or for others.
It is a network of websites, one for each state in the United
States, where landlords and property managers can get help,
newsletters, news specific to the landlording business in each
state, forms that landlords and managers need to do their jobs,
information regarding laws for each state, federal laws that
apply to all landlords, tips and tricks of the trade, and advice
when needed.
Many websites attempt to
provide helpful information to landlords; however, that
information is often too general in nature to be helpful with
the specific needs of most landlords. While there are some
federal laws related to landlording that apply in all states,
most landlord-tenanat laws are state-specific.

you will find links to a website to each state that will provide
you with the tools you need to do the job in your location.
LandlordSolutions.Org pulls together connections to state
websites that will provide landlords and property managers with
the resources they need to do their jobs efficiently and reduce
their hassle factor as much as possible.
Note: We had to start
somewhere, and this is the starting place. The goal of
LandlordSolutions.Org is to provide an expert in each state who
will maintain a website that will provide landlord-tenant
expertise that is geared specifically to that particular state.
Many of the state websites are under construction now, and will
be online soon. Some states do not yet have a state expert on
